Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our contraceptive products to healthcare providers, Doctors, pharmacies, General Trade and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote DKT Afghanistan Contraceptive Products: Actively promote and advocate for the use of DKT Afghanistan’s contraceptive products to healthcare providers, Doctors, pharmacies and General Trade .
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets established by the company, ensuring consistent growth and performance.
- Ensure Product Availability and Visibility: Monitor and ensure that the company’s products are available and prominently displayed at every assigned outlet to maximize sales opportunities.
- Drive Sales Through Promotions: Utilize company promotions and trade schemes effectively to stimulate sales and encourage customer engagement.
- Client Education: Educate potential clients on the technical aspects of the product, ensuring they have a clear understanding of its capabilities and benefits.
- Prepare and Submit Sales Reports: Regularly prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports detailing activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.
- Collection & Formulation of the Data: After visiting each site, outlet, hospital, doctor, trader, etc., their information must be entered into the specific form for future records.
- Forecasting: Use historical data to predict future sales performance, aiding in decision-making and strategy formulation.

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relative field.
- Minimum two years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of contraceptive products and family planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate in Dari, Pashto and English.
- Flexibility in visiting sites within Kabul.
