Job Description
Job Summary
The visitor is responsible for increasing the sales of company products by visiting potential and currently available customers in specific areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers.
- Undertake market surveys and establish the best way to reach target groups for each product,
- Daily market visit of a defined route as per sales supervisor instruction.
- Enhance and maintain the company sales through daily personal selling.
- Check and report any marketing activity required by the target market.
- Check and report any competitor’s activity in the market.
- Responsible for reaching and exceeding sales targets.
- Responsible for monitoring competitor activity and competitor products.
- Check, rectify, and report any mismanagement, misunderstanding, and mistake against company product and image.
- Actively communicate with customers, receive orders, and coordinate to delivery of the products.
- Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
- Assess client’s needs and present suitable promoted products.
- Provide product information and deliver product samples
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- More education or experience may be preferred or required.
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Time and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
