Job Description

This role focuses on managing LasPay’s digital presence, content creation, and online marketing to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.   Digital Markiting

·        Plan and manage LasPay’s digital marketing campaigns across social media search engines, and email.

·        Optimize campaigns for brand visibility and customer engagement.

2.   Content Creation

·        Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media and other digital platforms

·        Manage a content calendar for regular posts and promotions.

3. Social Media Management:

·        Handle LasPay’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

·        Respond to customer queries and build an online community.

4.   SEO and Analytics:

·        Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

·        Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.

     5. Digital Advertising:

·        Track performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

·        Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

               •            Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing or social media management.

               •            Languages: Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.


Skills Required

·             Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics     software.

               •            Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

               •            Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies.

               •            Ability to analyze data and adapt marketing strategies.
