Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Provincial Sales Manager to assist in selling our company's products and creating competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The Provincial Sales Manager's responsibilities include creating engaging advertisements, developing pricing strategies, generating unique Marketing plans, and meeting marketing and sales objectives and targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

1: Coordinating, cooperating, and reviewing the duties and performance of representatives and provincial offices to raise the level of sales in the respective provinces.

2: Provincial trips to solve representative problems, improve representative performance, and marketing, raise the level of sales, and other issues

3: Control and follow up weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales of each representative and strive to grow product sales.

4: Arranging weekly, monthly, and annual plans and searching for factors that have a positive effect on the agency's sales performance.

5: Preparation and presentation of timely reports in monthly, quarterly, and annual form according to the request of superior and competent officials of the company.

6: Registering and controlling the accounts receivable and payable of the company between the representatives of the company in different provinces, following up on discrepancies based on the document, performing accounting operations on time, and following up on the settlement of accounts with the representatives to clarify the financial accounts.

7: Plans, promotions, and monthly awards to inform the provincial representatives of the relevant department.

8: Coordination and cooperation with managers and representatives of the company to clarify and remove ambiguities from the accounts, and documents and improve the quality of the reports provided.

9: Follow up, record, and monitor the execution of provincial remittances.

10: Controlling and monitoring the process of registering transactions in accounting systems and related offices for transparency in monetary transactions.

11: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve provincial targets and expand market presence.

12: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.

13: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.

14: Identify, develop, and participate in sales and marketing activities, including trade shows and marketing tours, and develop relationships with potential and actual clients and sales offices.

15: Implementation of other tasks entrusted to him by the authorities by the laws, regulations, and goals of the company.

Job Requirement

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be preferred.

5 years’ experience in marketing.

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
