Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager in Medical and Laboratory products fields to join our team at Sehat Andishan LTD . The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.

Job Requirement
- Relevant work experience (at least 1 year).
- Ability to speak English, Dari and Pashto.
- Complete familiarity with social sites.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Educational qualification (graduates of medical institutes are preferred).
