Job Description
Job Summary:
The Project Assistant supports the project team by assisting with administrative tasks, coordination, and communication. This role helps manage schedules, track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing project activities.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
- Organize meetings and follow up on action items.
- Track project progress and report on milestones and deadlines.
- Help with resource allocation and budget tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, project management, or equalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management
• Proficiency in English and computer applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
