Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate financial literacy training, including knowledge of Islamic finance, and facilitate access to loans for women entrepreneurs.
- Coordinate digital literacy training sessions covering basic computer skills, digital marketing, and e-commerce for women entrepreneurs.
- Support entrepreneurs through financial inclusion and Market linkage,
- Empowering them with access to financial services, resources, and opportunities.
- Support women entrepreneurs in accessing loans, including providing knowledge about Islamic finance, current banking/microfinance rules/regulations, and facilitating their access to loans.
- Critically analyze the challenges faced by the innovation economy to capital access for tech-based (or other innovative) start-ups and improve access to capital for small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with innovative ideas that are commercially viable.
- Developing a marketing strategy for entrepreneur promotional activities including local and regional events and other investment initiatives related to the project mandate are given maximum media exposure among national and international stakeholders and counterparts using in-door and out-door media campaigns.
- Making promotional and marketing plans for events including evaluating the possible budget and schedule for both visual and printed ads.
- Developing a marketing plan and annual work plan with investors so the interested sponsors could allocate a budget
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics with specialization in Marketing
- Proven experience in managing marketing/market linkage training related to women's entrepreneurship, livelihoods, and microfinance, preferably within NGOs or development organizations.
- Expertise in financial inclusion and market linkage strategies.
- Previous experience in development Strong supervisory and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- 3 years in the marketing field will be considered as a suitable contestant
Fluency in written and spoken English, Pashtu and Dari. - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of marketing topics
- Good Marketing writing skills
- Good planning organization skills
- A team player and self-starter able to work under limited supervision
- Demonstrated behavior of professional and personal ethics, transparency, and openness
