Job Description

We are pleased to announce multiple job openings at Ganj Shamal Business Consultancy Company. We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team for the following positions:

1. Operations Assistant (Male) - 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of Baazar.af, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the online marketplace.
Manage product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Implement and monitor e-commerce strategies to enhance user experience and drive online sales.
Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and develop action plans to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events on Baazar.af.
Vendor and Customer Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to succeed on Baazar.af.
Address vendor and customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Implement initiatives to enhance vendor engagement and customer satisfaction on the platform.
Operations and Logistics:

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping and delivery solutions.
Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to minimize delays and reduce operational costs.
Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet the required standards before they are listed on Baazar.af.
Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of e-commerce and operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
Strategic Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and expansion of Baazar.af.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the platform’s offerings and market reach.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to ensure Baazar.af remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using e-commerce management tools and software.

2. Marketer (Male) - 1 Position
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Baazar.af and its services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Coordinate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop relationships with media outlets and partners for promotional activities.
Organize and participate in marketing events and exhibitions.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing and campaign management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.


3. Online Sellers (Female) - Multiple Positions
Responsibilities:

Manage online sales channels and ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Provide excellent customer service through online platforms.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Process orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with the logistics team.
Monitor sales performance and generate sales reports.
Develop strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
Promote products through social media and other online marketing channels.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with other team members to improve sales processes.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:

High school degree Bachelor's degree is prefered.
Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with online sales platforms and tools.

Qualifications:

High school degree Bachelor's degree is prefered.
Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with online sales platforms and tools.
