Job Description

  • Run payroll and utilize HR software to generate reports, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data.
  • Assist the HR Manager in crafting and updating policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
  • Issue contracts, job descriptions, and relevant documentation to new employees, updating contracts as necessary.
  • Compile and analyze employee data reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employment and status changes.
  • Facilitate employee orientation, collaborating with relevant departments and the HR Supervisor to ensure a comprehensive onboarding process.
  • Provide secretarial support, managing information, responding to inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality of HR-related matters.
  • Uphold organizational standards to stay current in the field, and contribute to team efforts to achieve collective goals.
  • Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training sessions, and surveys, while also documenting meeting minutes.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Communicate with public services as needed, representing the organization in a professional manner.
  • Maintain both hard and soft copies of employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Offer clerical and administrative support to HR executives, contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR and other related fields is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the field, preferably with reputable organizations.
  • Knowledge of current HR practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
  • Sound understanding of Afghanistan labor law, human resources processes, and practices.
  • Possesses an analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, Dari/Pashto – written and spoken.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office packages; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 is desirable.
  • Holding certifications such as SPHR, PHR, PMP, or similar is an advantage
