Job Description
- Assist in running payroll and other HR related software and reports
- Assisting HR Manager in creation of policies and procedures
- Issue contracts of employment, JDs, and associated paperwork to all new colleagues and issue contractual amended as required
- Ensure orientation to new employees is conducted by relevant department as well as HR Supervisor
- Prepare job vacancies and announce the positions with advertising agencies.
- Prepare long list and facilitated the recruitment process.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative work of the company.
- Ensure orientation to new employees is conducted by relevant department as well as HR Supervisor
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources executives
Job Requirement
- Must have bachelor’s degree in HR/business or related
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience on field, preferrable with reputable organizations
- Sound understanding of Afghanistan labour law, human resources processes and practices
- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, Dari/Pashto – written and spoken
- Computer skills; MS office packages and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 is desirable.
- Holding SPHR, PHR or similar certifications are an advantage
