Job Description

Job Summary:

Deputy Business development head is responsible for building business growth within the bank. Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income of the organization.

Job Description:

As Deputy Business Development Head your responsible to:

  1. Encourage & develop the sales team.
  2. Provide clear cut direction, motivation and leadership to the sales team.
  3. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  4. Deputy Business development head are responsible for driving business growth within a company.
  5. Brand development.
  6. Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
  7. Provide communication strategy.
  8. Preparing financial projections and sales targets
  9. Provide training to the sales team.
  10. Meet and visit key customers.
  11. Training business developers and sales colleagues.
  12. Implement relationship of marketing.
  13. Deputy Head of Departments are not permitted to accomplish changes or perform a task which is excluded his daily activities that could embrace a minimum possibility of risk percentage to the bank in this case if requires for performing this task he should take written approval from his line manager.
  14. The Deputy Business Development Head should compile and distribute marketing reports and collect information from market.
  15. Analyze the market data and organize marketing plan with direction of BD Head
  16. The Deputy Business Development Head should write reports, create commercials and similar documents.
  17. The Deputy Business Development Head is responsible Organize and host presentations and customer visits.
  18. The Deputy Business Development Head should assist with promotional activities.
  19. Deputy Business Development Head is responsible to work closely with employees in other functions, such as Media, Telemarketer and outdoor marketing team at head office and branches.
  20. Follow up with branches for achievement of targets.
  21. Follow up with branches for collection of the reports
  22. Deputy of BDH is responsible to take the request of branches and deliver the requested materials and follow with branches till to the time they receive the materials.
  23. Follow up of credit cases with credit department
  24. Preparing of daily report from branches and BD team
  25. Preparing and monitoring the MIS of BD team
  26. Communication of team member issues with other departments within the bank.
  27. Introduction of credit client to credit department from branches and BD team and recording and keeping update MIS.
  28. Maintaining of the update MIS from the branches and BD team performance.
  29. Deputy BDH should hold daily and weekly meeting with sales team and the minutes should be recorded.
  30. To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but advised by Head of Department

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, and master’s degree will be preferred.
