Job Description
- Achievement of monthly volume and cash targets
- Ensure proper coverage of the Assigned area Retail Outlets based on preset frequencies and sequence
- Regularly visit assigned customers and retailers to demonstrate the products , explain product features, initiate orders
- Create new Outlets and do product displays in new and old outlets across the assigned territory
- Effective use of Trade spends and promotional materials
- Frequently monitor assigned retail outlets to ensure they are stocked with products and displaying it properly.
- Develop and strengthen relationship with existing and new customer and retailers
- Report competitor’s activities regularly and inform the management for any new development in the market place.
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports on activities and sales.
Job Requirement
- Applicant must have a minimum qualification of High school while priority will be given to university graduates
- A minimum of three (3+) years of work experience in the field of Pharmacy or FMCG Retail Sales
- Applicant must have his own motorbike , female applicants are exempted from this qualification
- Very good writing and communication skills (English and local Languages Dari & Pashto )
- Must be computer literate (good with Microsoft word and Excel)
- Ability of Spending 90% of time on Market visits & building strong relationships with clients
- Must be a team player (able to work well with others)
- Negotiation skills in multicultural and multilingual environment
- Must know how to ride a motorbike female candidates are exempted from this qualification
