Job Description
(Job Summary):
The HR Assistant is responsible to assist HR Officer in maintaining staff data and other HR related activities. He/She will closely work with HR Officer and
(Duties and Responsibilities):
- Responsible for day to day HRM activities and maintaining personnel files
- Maintaining and documenting of annual, sick, maternity and unpaid leaves and report to finance department on any outstanding payment
- Maintaining policy and procedure for Human Resource Department and ensure everything is according to HR policies
- Maintaining all HR documents and set up personnel file for new employee
- Call the candidates for interview and arrange the interview venue for the interview panel
- Coordinating various staffing initiatives, including new hire orientation
- Any other task assigned by Human Resource Officer
Job Requirement
(Qualifications Required):
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Business administration or any other relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of previous working experience, with other NGOs or UN agencies in a similar field.
- Fluency in reading, writhing, and speaking of the local and English languages.
- To have good knowledge of computer programs especially processing word, excel power point and internet.
- To be flexible, having positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure and give high commitment and meet deadline.
- To be a team player and knows the skills of providing feedback to every level of the management.
- To be able to travel inside and outside of the country as and when needed
