Job Description

Support the HR Coordinator in  designing , implementation  and updates the National Staffs Internal Regulations and the National Staff Salary Grid.

Monitors and guarantees the implementation of the Internal Regulations

In coordination with the SMT, designs and updates the mission organizational charts and the national staff Job Descriptions.

Coordinates local recruitments, and participates in interviews

Supports HR team members and other department  in HR management tasks which  includes staff evaluation, annual leave management and disciplinary measures

Develops and rolls out a standardized Induction programme for national staff

With the support of the HR Assistants, guarantees that all personnel dossiers are kept in order and updated for the whole mission.

Designs and coordinate the implementation of the training policy, including following up on local training opportunities

Consolidates the national staff  monthly salaries of the mission  with the support of the HR Assistants, HR officers  and in coordination with the finance team

Updates INTERSOS HR platform for national staff

Liaises with the local legal advisor and with the labour office on the HR matters

Represents INTERSOS in HR forum

Writes and shares regular reports of his/her own work

Job Requirement

University Degree in HR Management or Business Administration

3 years of relevant experience in HR management.

English, Pashtu and Dari skills are required.

Previous experience working for an international NGO is required

Commitment to INTERSOS principles.

Comply with all relevant INTERSOS policies and procedures.
