Job Description
Nawi Hewad Co Ltd is inviting applications from qualified and suitable male candidates of having afghan nationality for the position of Sales & Marketing Officer with deployment at Kabul and ocassional visits to other provinces, Afghanistan on permanent basis. The said position being offered with a probation period of three (03) months followed by career growth and can be extendable subject to candidate performance and motivation towards work.
Scope & Job Descriptions:
• Creating & managing the marketing campaigns for NHL Branch
• Prospecting, generating leads and increasing the number of active customers
• Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions
• Supporting the Sales & Marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
• Conducting market research for customer demands and competitor’s sales and marketing approach in the respective territory
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate NHL message to their existing customers
• Visiting current and prospective customers on daily basis
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for Sales & Marketing manager’s review
• Communicating with clients, NHL-MO engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Any other identical task assigned by the management of the company from time to time.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sales (preferred)
• 2+ years experience in marketing related roles
• Proven track record of good performance
• Understanding medical market trends and demands for lab products (preferred)
• A drive to reach sales and service goals
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Language command on Pashto, Dari and English language
• Good proficiency in computer programs
