Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
\Monitoring and evaluation
- Contribute to the revision of monitoring and evaluation tools
- Train program and MEAL teams on proper use of MEAL tools and methodologies
- Follow-up on creation and update of monitoring plans
- Participate into data analysis and writing of monitoring and evaluation reports.
- Planning of teams and follow-up on achievements
- Supervise the enumerators teams during data collection
Accountability
- Follow proper implementation of feedbacks, complaints and response mechanism (FCRM)
- Participate in training field teams on FCRM activities and information plan.
Data management, reporting and institutional Knowledge Building
- Centralize and organize all data collected by the MEAL team to provide project related figures and monitoring follow up.
- Develop and ensure the follow-up of recommendations.
- Participates in the development of recommendations based on teams and field experience.
- Reports on his/her activities and participates to MEAL, IKB and program reporting.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor in sociology, law, political science or any other technical subject
- Having at least 1 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation related activities
- Knowledge in monitoring tools and methodologies
- Strong leadership skills and autonomy
- Proficiency in MS office
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Pashto, Dari and English
- Able to adjust her/his self with different environment
- Ability to work under pressure
