About TACT - Today's Afghanistan Conciliation Trust: Today’s Afghanistan Conciliation Trust (TACT) is an impartial not for profit national NGO/CSO which is free from linguistic, ethnic, tribal, religious and political affiliations and prejudices. TACT was founded in 2010 by a group of professional and intellectual Afghans who devoted most of their time in serving the Afghan people in the contexts of education, healthcare and humanitarian assistances in the country. With funding from the UNOCHA Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund (AHF), TACT is to implement Provision of Child Protection life-saving Services and Support Immediate Humanitarian Needs of Children project under the UNICEF Child Protection Areas of Responsibility Sub Cluster in 10 targeted districts of Herat, Daykundi, Paktya and Logar provinces of Afghanistan.
Job Description
- Ensuring Provision project plan and implementation with compliance and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
- Provide technical and non-technical support to the Provincial/district team for proper management of the project
- Follow up and track smooth delivery of project required supplies and other materials
- Design and contextualize the action plan into the local context
- Provide report/data to the national team when needed
- Tackle the problems arise during project implementation
- Provide clear guidance/instructions for provincial/district staff either on technical and non-technical issues
- Coordination of project activities with all involved stakeholders at provincial, district, and community level
- Liaise the issues between district/communities and national level partners
- Review, prepare and finalize provincial report of the project progress
- Supervision and monitoring of the project in line with the agreed action plan
- Conduct regular supervisory visit from field office and follow agreed action plan
- Reviews M&E findings and develop action plan and take required action
- Work closely with technical and administration, finance, and logistic heads for development of Project
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and end of Project report
- Any other task assigned by the line manager
Job Requirement
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant field
- Have valid Bachelor’s in Management, or any other relevant field
- Having good communication skills
- Having experience at the pressure working environment
- Having well and enough knowledge and experience of Ms. Office
