The organization, since its establishment in 1994, has been working and implemented several projects in infrastructure, agriculture, community development, child education, and other social welfare activities in Afghanistan. SADA has received a small amount of fund from Street Child to further enhance the capacities of 9 partner national NGOs.

Job Description:
The Program Management Trainer will be responsible for developing a training package in English Language and then prepare PowerPoint slides with a 60% focus on Proposal Writing while the remaining 40 % of the training contents will be dedicated to Report Writing, Monitoring & Evaluation and Community Mobilization in Afghan context. The Trainer will design the package in line with the instruction of the Head of Program of SADA and the assessment that has already been conducted with partner NGOs in order to align all training contents to the needs of National Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) in Afghanistan. The Trainer will be given a week time to prepare the materials and then will provide the training for 6 days. The training may continue two-three days each week for three weeks’ duration, or it may continue for one week from Saturday to Thursday starting from 8: 00 Am to 4:00 PM each day. The Trainer will receive a net amount of monthly remuneration of 44,000 AFN.
Along with experience in NGOs, qualification and education of the candidate, the personality and the sympathy of the trainer with the trainees is of highest importance to SADA.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop training package that meets the needs and builds the capacity of NGOs key staff.
- Deliver a range of training in proposal writing, report writing, monitoring & evaluation and community mobilization in Afghan context and cover some tiny topics that come under the program department in NGOs.
- Work with the Head of Program regarding the contents, delivery, methods and scope of the training.
- Conduct pre and post assessment tests of trainees prior each session and share the result with participants.
- Review and re-edit training content for consistency, design and identify improvement in materials to ensure trainings are in accordance with the needs of the participants and meets department standards.
- Prepare and submit completion report of training.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience &Qualifications
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Development, Project Management any other closely related field. Masters will be preferred.
- six years of work experience with master degree and 8 years of experience for bachelors within an international national NGOs or other relevant organizations in the mentioned areas.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in teaching and training.
- Must have knowledge of National NGOs in Afghanistan.
- Able to manage and plan effectively and meet deadlines.
- Superior communications skills, both written and oral including excellent presentation skills in English, Pashto and Dari.
