Job Description
- Conduct training sessions for public school staff and teachers on mobilization strategies and educational programs.
- Develop and implement effective mobilization plans to increase participation and engagement in public school activities.
- Build relationships with the public school management, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote program goals.
- Organize and lead workshops or events to engage parents, students, and the community.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of mobilization efforts and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on educational policies and practices to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to schools for the successful implementation of mobilization strategies.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Job Requirement
- At least grade 16 educations from higher education degree in the field of education will be desirable.
- Strong training skills, preferably for community teachers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Pashto, Dari is in preferred.
- At least two years’ experience in developing and implementing of teacher training programs, as well as some experience of school teaching and one- year relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the value of education in Holy Islam, the child development and the current trends of education in Afghanistan
- Knowledge of the local community structure, dynamics and development.
- Good planning skills
Note:- There is a three months of probationary period for all staff, In case the employee fails to fulfill the requirements or completion of given tasks during this period OCCD can end his/her contract immediately
