Job Description

Call for CVs (Multiple Positions)

Defense Lawyers, Legal Trainers and Social Mobilizer

Job Requirement

Defense Lawyers

Number of Position: 6

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia Law/Islamic Studies/ Conflict Resolution
  • Hold an Advocate License from the Ministry of Justice of the DFA.
  • Knowledge of DFA, rules and regulations, particularly on HLP- related issues and positive traditional justice practices.
  • Knowledge of the formal civil procedure and traditional justice.

Professional experience:

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in legal advisory services,
  • Qualified women are highly encouraged to apply.

Language:

  • Fluency in Pashto and Dari is required.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English is required.

 

 

Legal Trainer

Number of Position: 6

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia Law/ Islamic Studies or Conflict Resolution
  • Knowledge of conducting community sensitization workshops on positive traditional justice practices.
  • Knowledge of DFA, rules and regulations, particularly on HLP- related issues.
  • Knowledge of the formal civil procedure and traditional justice.
  •  

    Professional experience:

    • Minimum five years of relevant experience in conducting consultation and capacity- building workshops.
    • Qualified women are highly encouraged to apply.

     

    Language:

    • Fluency in Pashto and Dari is required.
    • Proficiency in oral and written English is required.

     

     

    Social Mobilizer

    Number of Position: 4

    Academic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Administration, or any other related discipline.
    • Knowledge of social mobilization, conflict prevention community development and other relevant fields.

     

    Professional experience:

    • Minimum five years of relevant experience in mobilization.
    • Qualified women are highly encouraged to apply.

     

    Language:

    • Fluency in Pashto and Dari is required.
    • Proficiency in oral and written English is required.
