About CRDSA: Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non- sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 6 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Farah, Ghor, Nimrooz, urozgan and Badghis.
Job Description
Conduct Training Need Assessment to identify the existing needs
Set out the training objectives
Develop the training Curricula observing the market needs.
Develop the training agenda and lesson plan
Conduct training classes by using relevant training methodologies in accordance to the project goal and objectives.
Monitor the classes and evaluate the progress of the trainees.
Prepare reports on the overall training program on a monthly basis.
Provide assistance to the purchase of the training material to the logistics staff/department.
Conduct exams/tests on the progress of the students on quarterly basis.
Job Requirement
Secondary level of education.
Experience in livelihood projects.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant NGO experience at national level.
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent training skills and knowledge of the current training methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relations with target communities and project team
