Job Description
Aseel is looking for a technical associate who can fill out a role in our Emergency response team. Generally, this person would be responsible for fulfilling and processing the beneficiaries' necessities. The intended person should be responsive to the urgent needs of the beneficiaries and should be able to adjust the donor's funds to the beneficiaries' needs.
This person will implement his/her work with close collaboration with the marketing team.

Responsibilities of a Technical associate
• Help the team with the distribution of Emergency Packages to the beneficiaries in Afghanistan.
• Strong communication skills with customers and beneficiaries
• Engaged with the local communities of Afghanistan.
• Creating network of volunteers
• Follow up with running campaigns for Afghanistan in the platform.
• Work within a budget and report any overspend
• Financial and IT skills are highly recommended
• Provide support to marketing team during distributions
• Ability to manage the jam of people
• Record all the activities and keep them to prepare weekly monthly, yearly reports.
• Communication with wholesalers in Kabul and Provinces
• Report daily activities, achievements, success-story/lesson learned, and challenges to the team leader on a daily basis
• Deliver appropriate and timely distribution of food to eligible beneficiaries.
Job Requirement
- Has earned a bachelor's degree in Economy, Marketing or communications, or other related fields with at least two years of experience in technical fields.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication in English and local languages.
- Familiarity with General management and finance-related activities
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Strong communication skills with customers and beneficiaries.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural and diverse team to function effectively as a member of various group
- Manage multitasks simultaneously, fast learner person, highly creative, driven individual who can work on their own.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced extensive environment.
