Job Description
1:Supporting Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement the company’s sales and market expansion strategy to ensure year on year growth.
2:Compile lists describing product or service AIRSPEED Telecom is offering.
3:Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers and advertisers to market products and services.
4:Launching incentive programs to generate and increase sales.
5:Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team.
6:Assisting Account Executives in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
7:Leading, directing and motivating the sales team.
8:Gaining a thorough understanding of every customers’ needs in order to offer them the best solution.
9:Maintaining staff attendance and punctuality reports.
10:Promptly handling customer complaints.
11:Field training new sales representatives.
12:Monitoring and responding to changing service level requirements.
13:Carrying out staff performance reviews.
14:Addressing individual and group training needs.
15:Achieve the targeted sales goal.
16:Motivate sales staff to achieve their sales target.
17:Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
18:Manage multiple account at one time and with ability to multi task.
19:Formulate pricing policies.
20:Attend trade shows to identify new services and products.
21:Coach, train, counsel and discipline employees.
22:Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.
23:Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.
24:Ensure promotions are in with company’s standards.
25:Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets.
26:Collect daily reports from subordinates and submit to line manager.
27:Daily and monthly report to line manager.
28:Prepare weekly and monthly plans.
29:Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
30:Clear understating of company’s background, products and services.
