Job Description
Sultan Taza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. Based in Mazar-e-Sharif, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the dairy market, and a proven track record in sales management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
Product Promotion
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
Operational Oversight
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet customer demand.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with the Afghan dairy or FMCG market is highly desirable.
- Understanding of supply chain and distribution processes.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in Dari and Pashto (mandatory).
- English proficiency is a strong advantage.
