Job Description
Purpose of Position
ACHRO is looking a full-time Master Trainer (based in Herat & Bamyan, Afghanistan). The Master Trainer will be responsible for the coaching and mentoring assisting in initial introduction to market actors and addressing any gap identifying between LEs and WEs.
Major Responsibilities of the position:
Master trainer is responsible for delivering the Goldozai certificates program (GCP)
Deliver GCP training to LEs at the inception of the grant
Delivering the refresher training through the life span of the project
Support the village support officer (VSO) in providing roving support to both LEs and WEs such as coaching and mentoring
Addressing any gaps identified among LEs and WEs
Support the registration of beneficiaries at the beginning of the project
Master Trainer should assist in Training Needs Assessment
Trainer will assist in Competency Based Training (CBT) design and delivery based on validated demand assessment; and prepare learning materials, homework assignments, handouts and case studies;
Trainer will deliver skills development trainings based on adult learning principles;
Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction;
Responsible for administrative tasks related to training

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field,
Abel to write and verbally communicate clearly and concisely in English, Pushto & Dari.
