About HRDA: Human Resource Development Agency (HRDA) is an independent, non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-for-profit development oriented Afghan organization. Job Description

Provide psychosocial, hygiene promotion, life skill, child protection, CRC, forced early marriages, recruitment into armed forces, discrimination, labour child and prevention from sexual abuse sessions to target deportee and returnee families.
Delivery of trainings on child care and protection focusing on soft skill training and psychotherapy under depressed situation.
Focus on art therapy and recreational program for children.
Preparing/designing the training materials and its use.
Pre and post evaluation of the trainees for each training and reporting the synthesis.
Preparing model lessons, model lesson plans.
Collecting data on the trainings and impacts of the training.
Filing the records of trainings and writing reports on the activities conducted
Support her supervisor and work closely with Partner Organization to support implementation and monitoring of psychosocial counseling activities and services.
T/SGB/2003/13 United Nations Secretary-General’s Bulletin and Special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA)
In the light of different reports and the statement of UN Secretary General regarding PSEA and in order to take prevention measures, HRDA strictly applies the PSEA guidance and policy to all of its staff, daily wagers, contractors, consultants, volunteers, vendors, beneficiary, etc. All HRDA associates are advised to avoid any kind of sexual exploitation (SEA) and abuse of any kind while working together with HRDA. Involvement in any form of SEA and violation of any set guideline in relation to SEA is prohibited.
HRDA shall track and get information on involvement in SEA or corruption about the candidates who apply to HRDA and HRDA adopts zero tolerance policy on SEA and corruptions
As a humanitarian agency, HRDA strictly adheres to humanitarian Data Sharing Protocol (DSP) applied in Afghanistan. The sharing of data of any type of anyone associated to HRDA (Beneficiary detail, survey, assessment, reports, internal matters, confidential documents, etc. is prohibited and will require senior management approval to make sure the sharing is in line with Do NO HARM principles, DSP and HRDA data sharing policy.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in psychosocial
Total work experience, at least 3 years of work experience
Sector experience, a minimum of 2 year(s) in activities related
Skills:
Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of community development especially working with women, children and adolescents.
Excellent computer, MS office skills
Excellent communication, problem solving and presentation skills
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meeting of deadlines
Good reporting skills including report compilation, analysis and presentation extremely organized.
The position holder must be diligent in recording all the her/his steps because there are many moving parts in Program, Project implementation
