Job Description
Ariyabod ISP Company is seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager who could provide leadership for the sales team, to advise and manage the company on corporate marketing and sales affairs and to manage door-to-door marketing to attract and increase new business customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare B2B and B2C related Sales Development, Strategy and Planning
- Research, identify, communicate, follow up and co-ordinate pursuit activities in a timely for effective sales strategy
- Lead, initiate and drive sales for the company's products and solutions to achieve sales target and revenue goals
- Cooperate with Internal Teams to carry out effective sales planning, marketing and promotional sales to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies
- Manage sales team to be professional and improve their capabilities by training in order to deliver right service and effective sales to customers
- Execute Sales Plans and organizing customer care if required
- Prepare reports for sales activities, sales target by daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
- Listen to customers, understanding their concerns and outlining solutions to meet their needs.
- Promote the benefits of new and improved products and services offered by the company to the customers
- Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
- Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections
- Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
Job Requirement
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is required. Masters in these fields is preferable.
- More than 5 years of work experience in reputable ISP or Telecommunication companies on sales & marketing departments
Computer Skills:
MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet are an advantage
Language:
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in Pashto, Dari and English are required.

- Required skills on corporate dealing, sales, marketing and problem solving
Ability:

- Familiarity with ISP business and key customer impacting systems and their inter-relationship
- Must possess positive attitude, good interpersonal skill, customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet targets in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to coordinate and motivate Sales Executive
- Ability to give presentations and understand business objectives
