Job Description

The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Software/Database sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop Sales Strategies:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.

Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize performance.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure that customer needs are met and products are aligned with market demands.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Brand Promotion:

  • Develop and maintain the company's brand image and reputation.
  • Create promotional materials and content to enhance brand visibility.

Event Management:

  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
  • Network with industry professionals to expand business opportunities.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are within budget and provide regular financial reports.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economic, computer science, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the ICT industry.
