About Katawazai Tower: Katawazai Towers is a leading real estate developer in the capital and Afghanistan. Its mission is to launch residential towers and commercial buildings and provide various opportunities for Afghans across different platforms. Currently, there are four enormous residential and commercial towers under construction. In addition, it is expected that a few more projects will be launched by the end of 2024.
Job Description
The job description includes managing processes and systems that support sales and marketing teams. It includes implementing systems, analyzing sales and marketing data, and optimizing processes to increase efficiency. Other important duties are creating effective plans to promote products, boost the brand, and customize campaigns for target audiences.
Job Requirement
1. Proper knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
2. Masters in Marketing and Sales/MBA/BBA
3. At least 2 years of experience in marketing or sales
4. Good understanding of Pashto, Dari, and English or any two of them
5. Great verbal communication skills
6. Basic knowledge of real estate concepts and market
