Job Description

Job Title: Regional/ Area Sales Manager

Reports to: Sales Head / Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Afghanistan. The Ideal candidate will have a proven take record in sales management, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Development: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand market presence.

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Conduct on ground marketing activities.
  • Manage existing Dealers & create New Business Partners.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA Preferred.
  • 5+ Years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the Afghan Market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
