Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Outbound Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
- Present and articulate the benefits of our services to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining records of sales calls as well as company details.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in management or marketing would be advantageous.
- 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales; experience in related campaigns is preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken English with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with operations and logistics is a plus.
