Job Description
- Collaborating with the sales manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
- Working closely with the sales and marketing department
- Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
- Giving presentations
- Maintaining a marketing database
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team
- Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
- Understanding company products and brands
- General office duties
- Creating and interpreting a variety of reports
- Organizing market research
- Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
- Updating social media accounts
- Any other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
- At Least BBA Bachelor degree holders (Specialization in Marketing) will be given the priority
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
- At least over 3 Years of practical Experience in the field relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Sales and Marketing Techniques.
- Computer Skills (Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Communications skills.
- Strong customer relation & problems solving skills
- Able to communicate in Dari, Pashto & English
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Related job and internship experience
- Good organization skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Digital marketing experience
- Able to work long hours when needed
