Job Description

1. Being present at the place of duty and complying with the principles of attendance according to the contract.

2. Preparing the monthly work plan.

3. Management of contracts.

4. Checking the requests according to the financial policy.

.6. Development/adjustment of policies, procedures and forms.

7. Monitoring the flow of cash and bank to ensure transparency and timely and accurate accounting.

8. Supervising subordinates to ensure that they have the necessary integrity and capacity.

9. Principled, document-based and timely response to inspections.

10. Checking and approving attendance reports of employees and providing feedback in necessary situations.

11. Organizing monthly meetings of the administrative council and leading the meetings of the administrative council in the absence of the chairman.

12. Sending monthly reports and financial documents to the directorate for approval.

Job Requirement

  • Should have degree in business administration, bachelor degree in business administration, or related fields with 3 years experience.
  • Previous experience in the same area.
  • Good PR skills.
  • Good negotiating skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and be well organised
  • Proactive approach and desire to learn.
  • Ability to develop and maintain both internal and external relationships.
  • Flexible in working hours ensure your functions are covered during your absence at any time
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office.
  • Honest and open.
  • Use of common sense.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English
