Job Description

  • Recruiting and training new and old BA staff within the assign sales territory on required tasks.
  • Assign specific tasks to BA team members in accordance to the monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure the BA teams solves customer complaints and issues their report while activating MoMo service.
  • Preparing and delivering the daily and monthly sales reports for the assigned BAs.
  • Assisting with the BAs to find new customers in their territory, ensure BAs have complete knowledge of the MoMo products and services.
  • Ensure the BAs always have enough SIM stock and float for new acquisition.
  • Provide regular constructive feedback to the BAs on the issues been observed and reported.
  • Ensure the BAs properly register the new /existing subscribers according to the ATRA and central bank rules, regulation and requirement and ensure the physical registration forms are stored and delivered to the archive team on time.
  • Educate the BAs upon the positive customer relationship management in order to maintain a decent service delivery to acquire best customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Motivate BAs for new MoMo acquisition through regular education on potential markets and customer demands.
  • Ensure the BAs are reporting ground challenges and markets issues, competition movements to the team leader in order to provide detailed market analysis and MoMo acquisition challenges to the senior management and suggest solution accordingly.

Education:

The position holder must be at least high school graduated and holding University degree is preferred.

Experience:

Holding minimum two-years’ experience in customer service, sales and marketing or similar field.

Essentials:

    • Fluency in local languages (Dari and Pashto) and good command on English is preferred.
    • Good communication skills and strong understanding.
    • Familiarity with Smart Phone usage.
    • Flexible in working with various conditions including accepting the shift rotations as proposes by MTNA from time to time.
    • Holding Afghan Nationality

Abilities

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and also as an effective team member
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Having good communication and negotiation skills
  • Having good decision making and dispute resolution skills
  • Able to travel to the districts

Job Requirement
