Job Description
Job Scope and Description:
Overview: As the Sales and Marketing Manager for our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand awareness across all our branches nationwide. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends. Coordinate with branch managers to ensure consistency and alignment with local market needs.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Provide guidance and support to branch sales teams, including setting targets, performance evaluation, and implementing improvement strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase company visibility, expands company’s customer base, and retain existing ones. Utilize a mix of online and offline channels such as social media, WhatsApp, advertising, and events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Use insights to adjust strategies and develop new products or services that meet market demands.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales & marketing force of the company to enhance their skills and capabilities and maintain a professional standard. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the department.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses and performance metrics to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as technical services, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts with overall business operations.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities. Monitor and analyze performance metrics regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners by visiting to them. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Visits to Branches: Visiting company’s branches and their relevant areas located inside the Kabul and in different provinces to meet with branch officials and their key customers and ensuring implementation of the company’s policies and achievements of the company’s goals and targets.
- Any other identical task assigned by the management of the company from time to time.
Job Requirement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software’s and other sales and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Solid computer skills & awareness of web-based marketing and social media.
- Good language command on Dari, Pashto and English.
- Ability to travel to branch locations as needed.
