Job Description

  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target market for products and services (Media and Enterprise related).
  • Experienced in writing of proposals, concept notes and quotation.
  • Conducting Door to Door Sales, selling through telephone and email.
  • Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates engaging opportunities and generates revenue.
  • Set and enforce company standards for operations and quality of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies effective for the extensive sales and awareness about company products and services.
  • Monitor the industry (Media & Enterprise) and competitors to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly.
  • Meeting sales objectives by hitting sales Target
  • Communicate with clients to identify their product/service requirements and facilitate supply.
  • Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to client enquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
  • Drafting quotation and maintaining track record of Sales & Leads’ funnel.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records to obtain information useful in preparing reports
  • Organize periodic meetings with clients (Post Sales Activities for Customer Retention).
  • Ensure compliance with customer service standards, Speed of Service Delivery and proper customer relationship management.
  • Participate in educational workshops, conferences and expos to expand personal network and improve on existing job knowledge.
  • Any other tasks which might be assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor in administrations, sales and marketing, business or related fields.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in sales and marketing—minimum 2 years in sales.
  • Strong Dari, Pashto and English capabilities, written and oral.
  • Strong communication and client handling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Practical knowledge of computer program i.e. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
