Job Description
- Provide training in accordance to the curriculum provided by the Ministry of Social and Labor Affairs and Martyrs (MoSLAM)
- Provide mobile repairing training as per the recent technology keeping in mind the current job market requirement.
- On monthly basis assess training effectiveness to ensure that the trainees have learned the required knowledge and skills.
- Manage training session activities as per the guidance of the Ministry of Social and Labors for the trainees.
- Conduct capacity need assessments of the trainees.
- Discuss training progress with Project Manager on a weekly basis.
- Provide proper record keeping and reporting of sessions, daily attendance
- Submit monthly quarterly work plans and reports related to life skill trainings and share with Project Manager.
- Liaise with logistic and finance team for all logistical and financial related work.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor degree in Engineering(IT) or life skills trainer.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a trainer of Mobile repairing
- Computer skills preferred (MS Word Excel Outlook and Power Point).
- Excellent Dari and Pashto speaking and writing ability
- Possess good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using digital devices such as Mobile repair tools and Machines.
