About Company
About WCLRF: Women & Children Legal Research Foundation (WCLRF) was established in March 2003. WCLRF is focused in the area of research, advocacy and awareness raising with the aim of reducing violence against women and improving their skills and knowledge for equal social and political participation both at local and national levels. So far WCLRF’s activities are covering provinces of Kabul, Parwan, Balkh, Badakhshan, Herat, Kandahar and Nangarhar both urban and rural area and planning to expand its presence in other provinces of the country. WCLRF has its main office in Kabul and have two small branches in Balkh and Nangarhar. This particular announcement is to recruit 3 Field Researchers. The Field Researchers are primarily responsible for collecting data according to rules and regulation of the WCLRF from 4 provinces Kabul, Balkh, Kandahar and Bamyan as assigned research plan and questionnaires from the Research team. The Field Researchers will report and share the collected data to the Organization’s Research team.
Job Description
The Field Researchers will conduct interview and complete the questionnaires of the research in targeted provinces according to research plan.
-Followings are the main duties and responsibilities:
- Corporation with the people of targeted area in coordinating to conduct research.
- Preparing and Providing plan of interview according to research plan.
- Filling out and Completion of research questionnaires.
- Reporting to research officer from the process of research.
- Providing information from the targeted area to the research officer.
- Coordination with M&E team from the process of conducted research in the field.
Job Requirement
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, or related qualification
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in field research.
- Abilities of managing time and efficiency with regardless of monitoring.
- Good understanding and managing data collection.
Skills and Attributes
- Abilities of conducting conversation planning and organizing.
- Abilities of good report preparation from performed activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dari and Pashto
- Abilities of usage computer MS Office and internet programs.
