Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our oil division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, increase market share, and enhance consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and promotion efforts.

• Launch and oversee advertising and media planning, including digital and traditional platforms.

• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

• Foster relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

• Track performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.

• Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.

• Develop and manage content creation for various marketing channels.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the FMCG sector.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and inspire a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRE FOR POSITION

  • A bachelor’s Degree in animal science, agricultural business, Economics or other related major is required. Masters is an added advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience as a technical salesperson, with 2 years in managerial level.
  • Proficiency in English, Dari and Pashto
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of Marketing and Negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Must have experience as an agro vet/technical advisor to farmers.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Experience working with agro business and communities
