About Afghanistan National Urban & Rural Development Organization: ANURDO is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization whose primary purpose is to encourage the repatriation of refugees and internally displaced persons and the re-establishment of Afghan society and economy by engaging in infrastructure rehabilitation, sustainable development, and local community capacity-building activities. ANURDO is registered under registration number 4216 with the Ministry of Economy, Afghanistan Government. The primary objective arising from this mission is to encourage repatriation by rehabilitating and constructing rural infrastructure as well as enhancing agricultural production and food availability in the target areas. The complementary objective is to build capacity for locally directed community development by encouraging the establishment of social structures capable of identifying, evaluating, planning, and implementing solutions to perceived concerns.
Job Description
- Lead operational planning, coordination, and management of project activities.
- Oversee logistics and procurement and distribution of project materials.
- Maintain documentation, handle correspondence, and prepare management reports.
- Support the administration of staff and office activities.
- To follow the operation for the COVID-19 epidemiological information, quality data production, generation and use in timely manner.
- To follow the operations for the implementation of the death reporting and verification SoP in the country
- To follow the operations for the implementation of the birth registration SoP in the country
- To follow the operations for the implementation of the COVID-19 lab sampling and specimen shipment process in the country
- Assist the regional officers/Supervisors in the operation for the implementation of the death reporting/verification and birth registration SoPs.
- To follow the operation for implementation of the process evaluation of COVID-19 surveillance, death reporting/verification and birth registration
- Any other task assigned by supervisor if needed.
Job Requirement
- Individuals having bachelor’s degree
- Having minimum 2 year experiences in the related field
- Desirable (working experience in the admin and logistic field)
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work well in team
- Fluent in local languages and awareness on the local context
- Have the needed knowledge of English language as well
- Experience and knowledge of computer
