Job Description
Working with HKB-ICT requires full sort of work experience, strong interpersonal skills, good orientation towards working with people in group or lonely, strong intentions to work and grow, able to under loads and be task oriented.
The postholder will lead the development of our portfolio in Afghanistan, including identifying future business development opportunities and overseeing the writing of new project proposals. The post holder will ensure effective office management so that all functions are carried out in line with organization rules, local regulatory requirements and HKB-ICT guidelines.
Generally, applicants need to earn at least three years of professional experience in the fields of sales, marketing, and business development within the relevant scope of business.
You must be able to form and cultivate effective relationships huge range of customer at all levels, which will be considered as key to your success. You should be able to manage effective teamwork.
You must also have strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, be able to make decisions concerning marketing goals and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Managers in this industry should have strong leadership skills, as well as a track record of closing Marketing and meeting objectives. Strong customer service skills are essential for making marketing and understanding customers' needs. Some courses you may take for a degree program related to marketing & sales management include the following:

Job Requirement
A compassionate and inspirational marketer, you’ll need to bring substantial experience in the management, interpersonal skills, motivation to work under various circumstances and develop new customers for the organization as per the guidelines provided by the senior executives.
This remains highly important that you should be able to manage large-scale of work and load, face different challenges and work complexities, with strong and proven quality to deliver high-quality representation of the company to the society within the deadline and budget.
Beyond these critical, core areas of skills and experience, you will also have to:
- Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns.
- Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends.
- Conduct research, study, target potential customers.
- Create new customers using good interpersonal skills.
- Provide the needed capabilities to maintain existing customers.
- Compiling lists of prospective client businesses using directories and other sources.
- Acquiring and updating knowledge of employers' and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
- Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on marketing opportunities
- Assessing customers' needs and recommending and explaining goods and services to them
- Monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to sales management
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising.
- Preparing Marketing reports
- Cooperate strongly with the business development department.
