Job Description

  • Sales Manager is obliged to follow the rules and regulations of the organization based on agreement that he/she has signed with Roshan Company.
  •  Sales Manager will supervise the whole Distribution channel and activities in the entire assigned regions.
  • Responsible for primary and secondary sales target achievement at distribution and retail level.
  • Implementing the daily, weekly, and monthly plans in the regions as directed by the Sales Management.
  • To achieve the goals & objectives of the organization based on given budgeted targets and Business plans for the specific time.
  • Daily follow up with regional sales and region team, distributors for their day-to-day operations physically and statistically controlling via Sales tools.
  • Management and supervision of the regional sales staff that every task has to be done according to the given plan.
  • Utilization of the regional sales force (Roshan Sales team & Distributor sales Team) for the purpose of better results, staff performance should be efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing and tracking the regional distributors based on agreements are signed b/w Roshan & authorized distributors/Service Providers.
  • Availability of Roshan products and merchandizing materials in the regional market.
  • Implementation of geographical territory assigned for authorized distributor & sales force.
  • Developing a mutually beneficial relationship between Roshan and his Authorized distributors.
  • The SIMs has to be sold to end user and manager has to ensure it.
  •  SIM availability in mass market with retailers should not be able. It is direct sales from Roshan to Distributor and Distributor to end user.
  • Supervise and monitor distribution sales activities in order to meet the set target.

Capacity building development programs for Sales staff, distributors to increase their knowledge about Roshan business, products, services and social program &

  • benefits as well as improving of their skills for growth of Roshan businesses in the regional market.
  • Explanation and ensuring the awareness of Roshan trade promotions, consumer promotions and incentive programs to sales staff, distributors and retailers within the region.
  • Reporting about competitors’ activities, products, promotions and their future plans, and updating the Sales Management about the same in a timely manner.
  • Collecting the accurate information form the market, analyzing the information and regularly sending of the information and reports to Sales Management.
  • Ensuring the collection of minimum 100% CRI forms of activated Sims for one month.
  •  Manager supports all cross functional departments (products, Region, Ware house, Finance and Technology) within the assigned regions.

Job Requirement

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

    • University degree in related field or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years Sales experience, with a proved track record of success
    • Field account /agent/dealer management experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English, and local languages
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Excellent analytical, report writing and presentation skills
  • Good writing skills, with experience in preparing precise and detailed narrative reports
