Job Description

A Sales and Marketing Head is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales and Marketing Head will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals. to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The Sales and Marketing Head's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. The Sales and Marketing Head represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

Job Requirement

  1. Drafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
  2. Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.
  3. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
  4. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  5. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  6. Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements.
  7. Prepare and present to management periodic reports on sales/marketing activities
  8. Conduct market research to identify price of competing products, demand of products and other trends useful in taking key decisions
  9. Prepare sales/marketing budgets and submit to management for approval
  10. Work with sales and development and customer success teams.
  11. Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy.
  12. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  13. Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports company revenue and profitability targets.

  16. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
  17. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends.
