Job Description
• Collect information from EA customers as well as competition customers.
• Conduct tele marketing campaigns as per management request.
• Conduct tele sales campaigns as per management request.
• Insert the collected data using excel and power point.
• review and analyze the collected data before sending it to tele-survey supervisor to ensure that the best quality is provided..
• Review and analyze the collected data as per management request.
• Address dormant prepaid customers about churn, with focus on:
• Proactive retention:
• Responsible to get the list of VHV Dormant Subs from L&R department on daily basis.
• Review and Analyze list of VHV customers to find out reasons for no or low use of EA SIM in recent months).
• Manage the Up sell retention offers.
• Provide information to the VHV customers about EA coverage, P&S or promotions
• Collect and capture customers’ claims and complaints and try to address them (share with L&R for further action).
• Profiling of VHV and HV customers.
• Support Customer care and Sales through – customers who ask for service cancellation or come to flagships with serious complaints. Coordinate with other departments for complaints resolution.
Job Requirement
High School graduate with one year of relevant experience.
