Job Description
- Provide technical support to all the trainers both male and female on implementation of project activities.
- Manage technical and administration prospects of all Social and Behavioural Change (SBC) developmental activities in the region
- Overall responsibility for implementation and program management in the region
- Execute project activities independently in accordance with the policies, procedures, and plan.
- To manage arrangement of all required trainings and capacity building programs to the religious leaders, Mulas, Madrsa’s teachers and students, Faith Based Organizations’ staff, Provincial Ulema Councils etc. at the regional level.
- Establish well-working relationships with regional line departments specially Departments of Hajj wa Awqaaf.
- Develop new ideas including concept notes, justification, budget, etc. For the success of the project.
- Ensure that proper Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) material is available and distributed on time.
- Oversees logistical arrangements in the region for HSESO activities.
- Preparation of reports directly to the project director, as well as preparation of success stories and case studies.
- Preparing Weekly and Monthly activity reports for top management.
Job Requirement
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Shariah Law (preferred) is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Project Management, working in a UN funded program is preferred.
- Work Experience with FBOs ( faith base organization) or with Ministry of Hajj is preferred
- Fluency and written skills of Pashto , Dari and English languages is required
