Job Description
Video Editing and Social Media Officer – Remote Work
We are an online-based educational center seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Video Editing and Social Media Officer. As a specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging learners through various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing: Professionally Edit both long-form and short-form YouTube videos (shorts) to ensure high-quality content that captivates our audience.
2. Tagging and Descriptions: Craft engaging tags and descriptions for each video, optimizing content for better visibility and searchability.
3. Thumbnails: Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop or relevant tools to entice viewers.
4. Social Media Management: Upload and schedule the edited video content on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms as required.
5. Web Development and Designing: Knowledge of web development and designing is a plus, allowing you to contribute to our website's maintenance and improvement.
6. Typing Ability: Efficient typing skills to handle posting and web management tasks effectively.
7. Internet and Equipment: Possess reliable internet access and own a personal computer and mobile phone for seamless remote work.
8. Flexibility: Enjoy flexible working hours, allowing you to manage your time efficiently and meet video upload targets.
Job Requirement
1. Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor degree or Professinal Qualification/Experience in relevant fields such as graphic design, video editing, social media management, journalism, business & administration and etc.
2. Experience: at least two plus years of experience in professional video editing, social media management and web designing.
3. Video Editing Proficiency: Proven expertise in video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere or similar software.
4. Language Skills: Fluent in English and proficient in Dari to cater to our diverse audience.
5. Equipment and Internet Access: Access to a personal computer, mobile phone, and reliable high speed internet connection for uninterrupted remote work.
6. Web and Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with web development, web designing, and social media management is advantageous.
