Job Description

Supervise the Guard, Cook and the cleaners and task them on daily / weekly basis.
Responsible for the daily processing of financial transactions.
Review and process for settlement all of duly certified invoices by verifying documents for validity and accuracy.
Maintenance of finance records.
Control of petty cash.
Responsible for recording and updating of asset inventory.
Translating of the letters and documents as/when necessary.
Controlling of staff time sheets and record leaves balances.
Ensure that the clinic equipment are properly serviced and maintained.
Responsible for checking and maintenance of the office equipment’s
Maintenance and update of all procurement files and records
Responsible for monthly reconciliation of income and expenditures, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Prepare tables, graphs, reports and PowerPoint presentations on admin and financial matters;
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by supervisor.
Report on daily basis the collected data to the Provincial Health Coordinator.
Friendly Environment for implementation of project 
Ensure all Safeguarding policies are well maintained in project implementation stage
Immediately inform the Provincial Health Coordinator for existence of any unresolved conflicts in the field
Maintain good relationships with the beneficiaries and their families in order to understand their perspective on the project and to assist in the success of the project.
Receive all incoming materials and reconcile with the purchase order.
Track, record and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Ensure the accuracy of the establishment's inventory system by updating records of physical counts, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within established minimums and maximums.
Keep up-to-date receipts, records and withdrawals from the warehouse.
Responsible for packaging, pricing, labeling and returning supplies.
Responsible for rotating inventory and coordinating the handling of excess stock.
Supervising loading and unloading of goods, moving equipment and making minor repairs.
Manage supplier and database relationships and maintain ethical relationships both internally and externally.
Create purchase orders and use purchase cards to make low-value purchases.
Responsible for shipping canceled or damaged items back to the supplier as appropriate.
Maintain a good relationship with the other members of the team.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Provincial Health Coordinator.

Job Requirement

BBA or Bsc degree required with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in community development projects.
To be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking of the local languages and have knowledge of writing and speaking of English language.
To have some knowledge of computer programs (Ms Word, Ms Excel).
