Job Description

  • To manage all finances, Administration and accounting, oversea financial systems to make sure that the established policies are in compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Implementation of finance manual and an accounting software;
  • Supporting further development of capacity in and procedures for accounting in operational areas, including provision of adequate support and training for all finance and admin staff’s.
  •  Prepare receipts and payment slips, vouchers and general journal of all the transaction of the offices with staff and other agencies. 
  • Prepare monthly financial report, Prepare Monthly salary sheets and payment of the salaries.
  • Processes administrative forms and keeps track of the documentation.
  • Is responsible for all stock, building and Ground Maintenance such as Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Gardening, Vehicle and Machinery service and Maintenance
  • Arrangement of staff travel, preparing personal file for the staff. 
  • Recording assets of the organization and is responsible for proper and accurate management, safeguard and inventory record of Sina Pharma Co. assets and properties.
  • Procure all requested purchases in a timely manner and receive locally purchased goods verifying receipt and follow up on brokerage.
  • Fulfill any other duty as requested by the President, the CEO and the Production Manager for the smooth running of the office and for the implementation of activities related to other projects when necessary.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in economics, management and/or administration
  •  Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  •   Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  •   Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  •   Experience in administrative/HR and accounting duties and data entry is required.
  •    Abilities to speak read and write in Dari/Pashto with strong knowledge of English.
  •    Able to work under fast pace environment and perform other task when required.
  •   The applicant must be the residence of Herat city.
  •   Ability to work full time in the factory office, Industrial Parks, Herat, Afghanistan.
