Job Description
Required trainers in the following area;
Fundraising and grant proposal writing
Project planning and implementation
Advocacy and lobbying techniques
Community mobilization and engagement
Monitoring, evaluation, and learning
Human resources management and development
Financial management and budgeting
Strategic planning and organizational development
Gender mainstreaming and inclusivity
Conflict resolution and Training & Capacity Building
Job Duties
- Development of the training material and providing trainings to end the users.
- Development of training materials in Local Language (Dari)
- Delivery of the trainings to the trainees
- Designing, development, implementation and evaluation of training material for the training requirements.
- Making sure that the overall goals of the training program has been met and implemented successfully.
- Use the lessons learned and the feedback from the classes to improve the curriculum and content materials of the subject;
- Provide ideas and inputs to make the training programs active and interesting to the participants;
- Complying and aligning training activities to the project training plan and project goals.
- Preparing reports of training design, development, implementation and evaluation of the trainings
- Developing, Preparing, designing, and writing of the project technical and training Manuals.
- Documenting all the training activities.
Job Requirement
- Master Degree with more than 8 years’ experience in training delivery
- Good Presentation Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deal with difficult callers.
- Logical thinker.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- Proven qualities in training and capacity building initiatives.
- Strong communication and training methodology skills.
- Knowledge and experience of curriculum development, training and mentoring.
- Ability to actively engage the participants in a participatory learning environment by being interesting and professional during the training period.
- Strong written and spoken ability in Dari / Pashtu and English languages.
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs/applications (MS. Word, Excel, Power Point).
