Job Summary
Under the Direct Supervision , the Incumbent will perform the following Duties and Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares and cooks menu items in proper quantities according to the planned and scheduled menu, and staff’s choices.
- Using proper tasting technique to insure quality taste and meet standard quality.
- Leaves work station clean and re-stocked.
- Accurately records portion amount of food used during meals on service records.
- Accurately measures food temperatures.
- Accurately fills out sanitation and temperature logs and food service records as required.
- Communicates effectively and works cooperatively and respectfully with a diverse set of staff, management team and guests.
- Help the cleaner for cleaning the office premises.
- Vacuum carpets, tidy and dust Staff Room and other specified office areas.
- Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the specified areas.
- Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
